Founder
Peter Strack #20Strack, a successful entrepreneur, is the primary investor committed to funding hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Squid Hunter Racing program.
In 2009, my wife surprised me with an unforgettable experience at the Skip Barber KTM Superbike School, igniting my passion for riding. Learning from the best American riders, I fell in love with the sport. Fast forward to 2018, Squid Hunter Racing emerged after careful planning. While I only had limited time on the track from 2009 to 2018, I set my sights on my first club racing season within the Championship Cup Series. With numerous 1st place victories, I proudly clinched two national championships and four regional titles, establishing my position in racing. I wanted to elevate Squid Hunter to the next level; I focused on assembling talented riders both internationally and within the MotoAmerica circuit to pilot our machine. Although we have progressed in this area, we are determined to surpass the current standards and strive for even more extraordinary achievements. |
Co-Founder
JORDAN STRANGE #334Strange is an accomplished mechanic and a perfectionist when it comes to details regarding each race bike build.
I've been around motorcycles my entire life—my father started a bike shop right around the time I was born. Being exposed to learning and building bikes at such a young age, it became an obsession of mine to build clean, high-performance race bikes. I have always had the mindset that everything could be improved and enhanced on any bike. 2008 was my first full season racing in the CCS Florida series. Since then, I have raced up from Amateur to Expert with success in both lightweight and middleweight classes. In 2017, I raced the Daytona 200 and finished in 17th place. Racing is a team sport, and now I want to focus my attention on making other riders successful with quality-built machines. There has to be excellent communication and trust between riders and mechanics, and I strive for that trust. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy seeing what tuning factors and parts make a real difference on the track. |
