A: Generally, our clothes are normally sized. Not too tight and not too baggy.

Q: How are your products sent and how do I pay?
A: You can pay either cash on delivery (COD) (only within Sweden) or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) (available all over the world). The shipping fees within Sweden are $ 11.01 for COD and $ 6.06 sek if you pay by credit card.
International shipping fees:

Up to 250 gms: $ 6.06
Up to 500 gms: $ 9.77
Over 500 gms: $ 17.20
Other:
Up to 250 gms: $ 8.54
Up to 500 gms: $ 12.25
Over 500 gms: $ 22.14
Shipping is free(!) when ordering for $ 74.23 or more within Sweden and $ 247.42 or more outside Sweden.
Q: If I buy something I'm not satisfied with, can I return it?
A: You can return any product within 14 days after you have recieved your package. You must inform Squidhunter about this within the 14-day timelimit. You will then get your money back (shipping costs excluded). You, the buyer, have to pay the shipping back to Squidhunter.
Please make sure to include your order number in all correspondence with us. Both in email and in packages.
Q: Washing instructions?
A: We recommend for our clothes to be washed in 40°C.
As for our accessories, they should be handled with care and we therefore recommend handwash.
Q: I've just received a delivery confirmation from Squidhunter. Now, I've changed my mind and want to order another product instead of the one you sent me. What should I do?
A: If you don't collect your package, it will automatically be returned to Squidhunter. You will however still be charged $ 18.56 for postage and handelling. What you should do is that if you want to change your order, you will have to inform Squidhunter about this before the order is sent to you.

Q: V.A.T. (Value Added Tax)?
A: All SEK, EURO and GBP prices shown at squidhunter.com are VAT included.
If the goods you are purchasing from us are shipped out of the EC, VAT is excluded.
Therefore the USD prices are 20% lower than the SEK and EURO-prices.
For orders shipped outside the EC, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, duties and/or VAT that may apply.
Q: What kind of print techniques do you use?
A: We use silkscreen printing and vinyl transfer. Both methods ensures a high quality of all prints.
